April has always had a "want to give back" attitude.  When she moved to Tewksbury, NJ from SanDiego, she immediately got involved in her community and spent many years on the Board of the Tewksbury Women's Club. She was their President as well and gave scholarships to deserving  high schools seniors.  At the Hunterdon Women's Shelter she helped donate a defibrillator to the Rescue Squad and was also involved in New Community in Newark.  Since April is a Professional Designer with her own company, European Living, Healing Spaces was a natural fit.  As Project Director, she gets to meet the families of the sick children and says," I am forever changed".
